If you are staying in our wonderful caravan park in mid wales during the month of May, you are in for a treat. The first ever Fieldbounce Music Festival in Oswestry; a brand new, one day music event for people of all ages! The festival will bring together a wide range of renowned music acts at incredibly affordable prices, with a comedy tent providing audiences with some laughter.
Our Brightwater Lakes location is less than a half an hour drive from Park Hall, Oswestry, and is the ideal location for you to enjoy everything mid wales has to offer during this amazing music festival! So far the line up consists of some fantastic acts such as Scouting For Girls, Fuse ODG, Dappy, Danny Howard, and Bez from the Happy Mondays, with more music acts to be confirmed in the coming months. Inside the comedy tent you will find entertainment from Rob Rouse, Susan Murray, Josh Pugh, Silky, and George Zach. With two stages, a comedy tent, a gin festival and a playground, the day is sure to go off with a bang!
The organiser of the festival, Shawn Melusi, is attempting to break a world record, with inspiration from the Kendal Calling Festival, which had the most amount of people dressed as Superman in one place at the same time. Shawn is hoping to raise a whopping £10,000 for Hope House by having the most amount of people dressed as a zebra in one place at the same time. Raising money for the festival and adding something quirky like dressing as a zebra will certainly provide a unique characteristic to the event.
Fieldbounce caters to all ages, with under 18’s required to be accompanied by an adult. There is a car parking facility with tickets being available in advance, as well as a shuttle bus service from local towns and cities that will be picking up and returning home.
