Brightwater Lakes in Mid WalesFirstly, from everyone here at Brightwater Lakes, we hope you had a truly wonderful Christmas and New Year. Now that 2018 is well and truly underway, we think it’s about time we look at some events in or around Mid-Wales! Staying at holiday homes in midwales can be as relaxing or entertaining as you like, as there is an abundance of seclusion at our holiday park, with just as much excitement to be enjoyed by all the family.

Coming up early in 2018 at The Kitchen, Oriel Davies, is the “Fun & Games in The Kitchen” suitable for all the family. This fun-filled event allows everyone to take part in some truly creative activities and workshops. Starting on the 6th of January, there will be food-themed games and activities, featuring some quirky playdough spaghetti and grocery shop bingo (and even tin can bowling).

Brightwater Lakes is the ideal location to begin your Oriel Davies adventures, as there will be a variety of fun activities spread across several more Saturdays during January! You have the chance to create your own tablecloth by printing using rolling pins, sponges and fruit and vegetables. Also, artist in residence, Amy Sterly, will be at The Kitchen to guide your creative abilities into making personalised fridge magnets.
